Article 6. Ordering and Payment Terms

Article 8. Pricing

Article 9. Retention of Ownership

Article 10. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for a refund without penalty. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for lingerie. Art. L 21-21-8. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts: "For the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection." Beyond this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is final and binding. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, and unwashed. The refund of the order by AUM. is made no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. However, the refund is subject to AUM. having been able to retrieve the Products subject to the return and refund request. AUM. processes the refund using the same means of payment that was used for the payment of the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method. If this means of payment has expired, the Customer must contact customer service to change the refund method, which does not result in any additional cost for the consumer. AUM. cannot be held responsible for refunds to an expired payment method. The refund for an order paid with a gift card or credit will be automatically refunded as a credit. Article 11. Delivery

​

Deliveries are carried out by Chronopost or Colissimo services, from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when placing their Order. Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession of the Products to the Customer ("Delivery"). The Delivery charges applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Website at the time of the order in the "Delivery and Lead Times" section. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the Customer, provided that it is the Customer's residence address, the address of a natural person of their choice, or the address of a legal entity (delivery to their company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. Orders are fulfilled by Colissimo or Chronopost, delivery services with tracking, and may be handed over with or without a signature. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated, and the buyer refunded. The company AUM. may provide the buyer with the tracking number of their package by email. The buyer is delivered to their home by their mail carrier. In the event of the buyer's absence, they will receive a delivery notice from their mail carrier, allowing them to pick up the ordered products at the nearest Post Office, within a time frame indicated by postal services. When AUM. is responsible for the shipment of the Product, the risk of loss or damage to the Product is transferred to the Customer upon Delivery. As an exception, the risk is transferred to the Customer upon the handover of the Product to the carrier when the carrier is engaged by the Customer, not by AUM. The risks associated with transportation are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items are physically received by them. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and its contents at the time of delivery in the presence of the postal worker or delivery person (or within 10 days from receipt to file a complaint with the delivery service). In case of damage during transportation, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days from the date of delivery. In order for these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the Delivery address (such as street number, building, staircase, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).
